VENDOR APPLICATION


PLEASE NOTE VENDOR APPLICATION DEADLINE IS APRIL 11, 2025

Vendors participating in our outdoor market place present an array of plants, soil amendments, water-saving devices, landscaping ideas and accessories to enhance your garden.  Plants and more plants appeal to a variety of garden styles and needs:  flowers, succulents....plants and more plants for sale.  Consultants and non-profits offer advice on gardening in a sustainable way.  You'll find art for your garden and jewelry to appeal to all tastes.

Here is how to register and pay:

1.
Fill out the ON-LINE VENDOR APPLICATION FORM HERE 
(note you first will be asked to fill out a contact form for our vendor database before being directed to the form.  Please provide all the information requested.)

2. Choose how to pay the $150 VENDOR REGISTRATION FEE:
a. Pay ON-LINE by credit/debit card ($3 card processing fee will be added) by clicking Show Vendor Payment, (preferred) OR
b. Pay BY CHECK by mail to the Carmel Valley Garden Club, PO Box 72, Carmel Valley, CA 93924, attention Ed Morrow
3. Submit your proof of insurance certificate OR Hold Harmless agreement via email to Margi Perotti (831-601-5408) at margi.carmelvalley@gmail.com.  Hold harmless agreement to fill out is: Garden Show 2025 Hold Harmless 

VENDOR REQUIREMENTS/INFORMATION

Vendor fee is $150.  Non profits are exempt.

-  Be present both days of the Show. Saturday, May 3 and Sunday, May 4.

-  Setup times are Friday, 12:00 noon to 7:00PM and Saturday, 7:00AM to 9:30AM.

-  Transport and unload materials at your space.  Vendors are welcome and encouraged to bring their own canopy, tables and signage.  Canopy should include appropriate anchors/weights.

-  Provide Board of Equalization (BOE) permit number (required) for more than 2 sales per year. Email the permit number to Margi Periotti (margi.carmelvalley@gmail.com) by April 11,2025.

-  A Permit is required to sell food, alcohol and beverages.  Contact the Monterey County Environmental Health Bureau to process.  Email the permit to  Margi Periotti (margi.carmelvalley@gmail.com) by April 11, 2025.

-  Area must be left clean with garbage disposed of properly.

TIME AND SET UP

-  Garden Show hours:  10:00 AM to 4:00 PM both Saturday and Sunday

-  Vendors must be set up by 9:30 AM on Saturday, first day of Show

-  Vehicle unloading is from noon to 7:00 PM on Friday and 7:00 AM to 9:00 AM on Saturday.  Volunteers will direct you.

-  Sunday breakdown begins at 4:00 PM and must be completed by 6:00 PM.


CVGC PROVIDES

-  12' x 12' space.  (If you need a larger space, please ask.)

-  Extra electrical outlets are limited in availability.  Please ask.

-  A watchman on-site Friday and Saturday night; however, we are not responsible for lost items.
