Vendors participating in our outdoor market place present an array of plants, soil amendments, water-saving devices, landscaping ideas and accessories to enhance your garden.  Plants and more plants appeal to a variety of garden styles and needs:  flowers, succulents....plants and more plants for sale.  Consultants and non-profits offer advice on gardening in a sustainable way.  You'll find art for your garden and jewelry to appeal to all tastes.

Vendor application deadline:  April 15, 2024

Here is how to register and pay:

1. Fill out the ON-LINE VENDOR APPLICATION FORM HERE (note you first will be asked to fill out a contact form for our vendor database before being directed to the form.  Please provide all the information requested.)

2. Choose how to pay the $150 VENDOR REGISTRATION FEE:
a. Pay ON-LINE by credit/debit card ($3 card processing fee will be added) by clicking Show Vendor Payment, (preferred) OR
b. Pay BY CHECK by mail to the Carmel Valley Garden Club, PO Box 72, Carmel Valley, CA 93924, attention Ed Morrow
3. Submit your proof of insurance certificate OR Hold Harmless agreement via email to Bob Byrne (831-582-7316) at  bob8679@att.net.  Hold harmless agreement to fill out is:  Garden Show 2024 Hold Harmless
